What we do

Four service areas — from complete laboratory outfitting to periodic calibration.

Turnkey laboratory outfitting

We design and equip construction materials laboratories from scratch: equipment selection to match your standards and testing volumes, room layout, supply, installation and commissioning.

Commissioning and training

In-Test engineers install and set up the equipment at the customer's site, perform initial calibration and train the staff in test methods.

Service and spare parts

Warranty and post-warranty maintenance, original spare parts from stock, field service teams and remote controller diagnostics.

Calibration and certification

We arrange periodic calibration of force measurement systems and certification of testing equipment with full documentation.

Service process

How servicing works

A transparent workflow: you always know what stage your request is at.

    Service request

    You submit a request by phone, email or via the website form, describing the equipment and the nature of the fault.

    Remote diagnostics

    An engineer contacts you within one business day: some issues are resolved remotely — via controller settings and software.

  3. 3

    On-site visit or workshop repair

    If repair is needed, an engineer travels to your site or the equipment is delivered to our service centre. Spare parts come from stock.

  4. 4

    Verification and report

    After the repair we run verification tests and calibration, and hand over a completion report with operating recommendations.

Your equipment is covered

Warranty obligations are fixed in the supply contract — no fine print.

24-month warranty

All supplied equipment comes with an extended warranty — 24 months from the date of commissioning.

On-site engineers

Field teams operate across the whole region: commissioning, diagnostics and repair are carried out at the customer's site.

Spare parts from stock

Original spare parts and consumables for popular items are kept in stock — no waiting for delivery.
