In-Test has completed a major project to equip three field laboratories for earthworks quality control on the construction of a high-speed motorway. The scope of supply included automated triaxial testing systems, consolidation and direct shear apparatus, CBR sets and standard compaction equipment.
In addition to the testing equipment, the laboratories were fitted out with auxiliary apparatus: drying ovens, laboratory balances, sieve shakers and furniture. The project was delivered turnkey — from room layout to commissioning of the instruments.
A distinctive feature of the project was the tight schedule: only eight weeks passed from contract signing to the sign-off of commissioning certificates. In parallel with the installation, In-Test engineers trained the staff in the GOST 12248 and GOST 22733 test methods.
Turnkey laboratory outfitting is one of the company's core activities. If you are planning to open or upgrade a laboratory, our specialists will prepare a specification tailored to your standards and testing volumes.
