Expanding our service department: field teams now in the regions too

In-Test has completed the expansion of its service department: two new field teams have started work, equipped with diagnostic instruments, reference force transducers and a stock of fast-moving spare parts.

Scheduled maintenance, repair and adjustment of testing machines are now carried out not only in Tashkent and Almaty but also at customer sites across the regions. The standard response time for regional call-outs has been reduced from seven to three working days from the moment a request is registered.

In addition, a remote diagnostics service has been launched: an engineer connects to the controller of a compression or tensile testing machine over a secure channel, reads the error log and, in most cases, resolves the fault without a site visit.

Laboratories with an annual service contract benefit from a priority queue and a fixed hourly rate. Contract terms can be requested from the service department by e-mail.
