Description
The automatic machine combines two test frames: the main 500 kN frame for compression testing of prism halves through standard 40 × 40 mm platens, and an auxiliary 15 kN frame for flexural tensile testing of 40 × 40 × 160 mm prisms.
The servo-hydraulic circuit automatically maintains the standard loading rates: 2400 ± 200 N/s in compression and 50 ± 10 N/s in flexure — range switching is done from the controller without repositioning the transducers. The results of a series of six halves are averaged automatically with outlier rejection to GOST 30744.
The controller stores the reports and transfers them to a PC; the compression and flexure fixtures are included in the scope of supply.
