Description
The cabinet provides the curing conditions required by the standards for cement specimens before demoulding and during the first day of storage: a temperature of 20 ± 1 °C and a relative humidity of at least 90%. The compressor cooling and heater operate under a PID controller with a platinum sensor.
An ultrasonic humidifier sprays demineralized water without droplets forming on the specimens; the perforated stainless steel shelves hold 36 three-gang prism moulds. A transparent inner door allows the specimens to be inspected without disturbing the cabinet climate.
