Description
The 600 kN machine is a compact model for laboratories testing ribbed rebar up to ⌀ 25 mm and round and flat rolled steel specimens. The two-zone frame allows tension in the upper zone and compression or bending in the lower zone without changeover.
Servo-hydraulic control maintains the loading or displacement rate as selected by the operator; the software automatically calculates the yield strength (physical and proof), ultimate tensile strength, percentage elongation and reduction of area.
The hydraulic wedge grips are closed from the control panel, reducing operator fatigue during batch testing.
