Semi-automatic penetrometer with digital readout
Semi-automatic penetrometer with an electronic needle release timer and a digital indicator for routine control of bitumens.
- 24-month warranty and spare parts from stock
- Commissioning, staff training and methodological support
- Assistance with equipment certification as part of your laboratory
Description
The semi-automatic penetrometer is a cost-effective solution for routine control of needle penetration into bituminous binders. The plunger is released by an electromagnet driven by the built-in timer, and the result is read from a digital indicator with a resolution of 0.1 penetration units.
A massive base with adjustable feet and a circular level ensures the verticality of the measuring axis. Supplied with certified standard needles, penetration cups and a portable bath for keeping the sample at temperature during measurement.
Features
- Electromagnetic needle release with a 5 / 60 s timer
- Digital indicator with 0.01 mm resolution
- Stage with a bath for sample temperature conditioning
- Needles with a calibration certificate included
