Description
The automatic penetrometer determines the depth of penetration of a standard needle into a bitumen sample at the specified temperature, load and time. Automatic start, timing and result capture eliminate operator influence.
An optical system for positioning the needle above the sample surface speeds up preparation for measurement. Needles, sample cups and weights to GOST and EN are included.
