Description
The standard curing chamber maintains the storage conditions required by the standards for concrete specimens prior to testing: a temperature of 20 ± 2 °C and a relative humidity of at least 95%. The refrigeration unit, heater and ultrasonic humidifier are managed by a single controller.
The housing is made of galvanized steel with a polymer coating and 60 mm insulation; the internal stainless steel racks hold up to 120 cubes of 100 mm. A data logger continuously records the temperature and humidity — the storage conditions log is downloaded via USB for the laboratory quality management system.
